Amy Tiemann is a teacher at heart and she enjoys sharing her expertise through a wide range of speeches and workshops. She has presented to many K-12 public, independent and Montessori schools, and respected universities including Stanford, Brown, and UNC-Chapel Hill.

Take charge of your safety! Kidpower workshops teach personal safety skills to reduce bullying, abuse and other violence, training people of all ages. Martial arts has been Amy’s passion for the past four years. This summer the Tiemanns became an “all-black-belt family” as Amy earned her shodan black belt in To-Shin Do Ninjutsu, joining her husband and daughter at that rank. Amy has found that ninjutsu training is a great family activity and fantastic opportunity for personal growth, always learning something new and stretching beyond self-limiting boundaries.
